Maps
In view. Under control.
Every task with a location appears on your map.

Rules
Routine steps such as handing over, filing and notifying are done by rules, without anyone having to remember them.
SLAs and due dates
Response and resolution deadlines per category, with a warning before they pass.
Single sign-on and passkeys
Your staff sign in with the account they already have – through your identity provider (OpenID Connect) or with a passkey.
